Printing drill charts and coordinate sheets
DrillFlo can print a drill chart for every page of your drill, and make a coordinate sheet for each performer.
Print drill charts
Section titled “Print drill charts”-
Open Print. In the menu bar, click Project, then click Print. A preview of your chart opens.
-
Check your pages. Use the left and right arrow buttons to flip through the pages. Each chart shows your drill’s name, the set number (like “Set 2 of 12”), and the move counts, tempo, and page directions for that page.
-
Click Print. A new tab opens with one landscape chart per page, and your browser’s print window opens.
-
Print or save. Choose your printer, or choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print window to share the charts.
To close the preview without printing, click Cancel.
Make coordinate sheets
Section titled “Make coordinate sheets”-
Open Coordinate Sheets. In the menu bar, click Performers, then click Coordinate Sheets.
-
Check a performer. The window shows one performer at a time, with their Page, Counts, and Coordinates for every page. Use Previous Performer and Next Performer to move through your ensemble.
-
Save as a PDF.
- Click Export Current to PDF to save the sheet for the performer you’re looking at.
- Click Export All to PDF to save one file with a sheet for every performer.
The PDF downloads, and you’ll see a message like “PDF exported successfully!”
-
Close the window. Click Close.
- Pop-ups blocked? Printing opens a new tab. If nothing happens when you click Print, allow pop-ups for DrillFlo in your browser and try again.
- Share with your ensemble. Hand out the PDFs, or publish the drill to your ensemble so members can open it on the DrillFlo Mobile App. See Managing your ensemble.
