DrillFlo in 5 minutes
New to DrillFlo? Here are quick answers to the questions directors ask most. Each one links to a full guide.
1. What do I get for free, and what needs Pro?
Section titled “1. What do I get for free, and what needs Pro?”DrillFlo Free has what you need to write a drill, with a few limits:
- Designs: up to 5 drill designs.
- Performers: up to 50 per drill. When you start a new design, Free includes the 40 ensemble preset or a custom roster of up to 50.
- 3D: view your drill from the Press Box camera. The other cameras, moving the camera yourself, Helmet Cam, Cinematic Camera, and custom Uniforms need Pro.
- Video: Export Video works on Free, from the Press Box camera only.
- Printing: Free prints drill charts for outdoor fields. Printing indoor drills needs Pro. Coordinate Sheets work on both.
- Sharing: Share (inviting collaborators to edit a drill) needs Pro. Ensembles and Publish to Ensemble work on both.
- Mobile app seats: Pro includes 10 seats. On any plan, you can buy seats for $8 a year each.
Pro is $25 a month or $250 a year, and new accounts can start with a 15-day Pro trial. Features that need Pro show a crown icon.
