Undoing and redoing changes

Made a change you didn’t want? Undo it. Need to go further back? Version History lets you return to an earlier version of your drill.

  1. Undo. Click Edit, then click Undo. You can also click the undo arrow in the top bar, next to your drill’s name.

  2. Redo. Click Edit, then click Redo, or click the redo arrow in the top bar.

The arrows in the top bar are grayed out when there’s nothing to undo or redo.

  1. Open Version History. Click the Version History button in the top bar, next to the undo and redo arrows.

  2. Find the version you want. Each version shows what changed, when, and who made the change. The version you’re on is marked Current and Active.

  3. Click Revert. Click Revert next to the version you want.

  4. Confirm. The Revert to Previous Version box explains that you can still go back to the current version later. Click Revert to continue, or Cancel.

  • Nothing is lost. Reverting to an earlier version doesn’t erase the newer ones. Open Version History again to switch back.
  • Working with others? Version History shows changes from everyone working on the drill.
