Removing performers from a drill

Removing a performer takes them out of every page of your drill. You can remove a group right on the field, or one performer at a time from the Performers window.

  1. Switch to Select mode. Click the Select tool in the toolbar on the left, or press 2.

  2. Select the performers to remove. Click a performer, drag a box around a group, or double-click a performer to select their whole section. See Selecting performers.

  3. Press Delete. Press the Delete key. On a Mac keyboard, press fn + Delete.

  4. Confirm. A box asks, “Are you sure you want to delete 3 performers from all pages?” Click OK to remove them, or Cancel to keep them.

  3. Click the trash icon. In the Actions column, click the trash icon (Delete performer) in that performer’s row.

  5. Close the window. Click Close to get back to the field.

  • It’s every page. Removing a performer takes them off every page, not just the page you’re on.
  • Numbers stay the same. Other performers keep their numbers, so removing T3 leaves T1, T2, T4. To close the gap, see Relabeling and renumbering performers.
  • Delete key not working? Click an empty spot on the field first, then select your performers again and press Delete.
